3.1 沖擊破損質量

在規(guī) 定 的 試驗條件下，有50%試樣破損時的落體質量，以Mf表示。

3.2 落體質量

落 鏢、 祛 碼和鎖緊環(huán)的質量之和。

4試驗方法概要

本標 準 包 括二種試驗方法:A法及B法。A法適用于沖擊破損質量為509-20009的材料，B法適

用于沖擊破損質量為3009-20009的材料。

5 設備

設備 基 本 構造如圖1所示。

5.1試樣夾具

采用 內 徑 1251 2 m n 泊勺二個環(huán)形夾具。下夾具固定在水平面上，上夾具（動夾具）與下夾具須保

持平行。夾具工作壓力不小于300 kPao

5.1.1環(huán)形夾具與試樣接觸表面須附有橡膠墊圈。本設備推薦采用厚度31lmm,肖氏硬度A為50

一60、內徑125士2mm、外徑150士3mm的橡膠墊圈。

5.2 電磁鐵

須能 吸 住 或放開質量為20009的落體。

5.3 定位裝置

須能 將 落 鏢置于下落高度0.66士0.01m （A法）或1.50士0.01m （B 法）處。該高度指落鏢沖擊

面到試樣表面的垂直距離。

5.4緩沖和防護裝置

須能 保 護 操作人員的安全及防止損壞落鏢沖擊表面。
